Scott Electric Printable's has a current opening at our Printing branch (Norvelt,PA) for a Full-Time Inside Sales Clerk/Quotes and Customer Service.

In this position, you will be working in a production environment responsible for sales and customer services for all types of promotional items.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Meeting both face-to-face and over the phone with a wide range of customers while offering print and paper solutions.
• Completing quotes in detail for clients and handling the customers satisfaction from contact to delivery.
• Communicate with the customers, buyers and graphic artist to ensure all sales transactions are accurate and timely.
• Process work orders accuracy with print locations, quantities and items to be printed. Keep abreast of current trends and new products.
• Other assigned duties as required or requested.

This position operates within the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Strong mathematic skills
• Ability to interact with a customer either over the phone or in person
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Sales experience a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Computer skills
• Lead by example
• Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area
• Basic knowledge of screen printing or graphic acts preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation
