Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Monitor, resolve, communicate customer and application tickets. Monitor and automate data feeds and Informatica workflows. Collaborate with customers and developers in monitoring, escalations, and resolving tickets for the automotive marketing platforms. Assist in triaging, assigning tickets based on customer tickets, program alerts and documentation of runbook in collaboration with developers, internal users, and departments. Develop runbook in confluence to define the steps involved in monitoring and resolving tickets. Collaborate with development teams for escalations and meeting SLAs to resolve tickets. Develop and implement automated solutions in accordance with policies and procedures. Work with cross-functional teams during crisis to address and resolve complex incidents and problems in addition to assessment, analysis, and resolution of cross-functional issues.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field followed by five years or progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five years or progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience in the following:
