Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Understand and explain insurance policies and procedures to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,628.00 - $40,055.00 per year
