JOB DESCRIPTION

The pre-roll team is responsible for packing, rolling, and storing cannabis products. You will be responsible for working with a team to package cannabis products in a precise and efficient timeframe.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Must be able to work well independently, as well as in a close team environment

· Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana you are working with; being able to adjust techniques and maintain a steady pace and quality standards

· Be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from managers to help maintain quality standards and production goals.

· Must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health and guidelines set forth by the company and they state while processing cannabis.

· Pre-Roll and Packaging employees are responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every shift.

· Continuously improve through employee feedback

· Perform other duties as assigned by manager(s)

· Safety and Security- Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions, Uses equipment and materials properly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus

· Strong hand-eye coordination

· Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

· Basic Math Skills

· Excellent communication skills, capable of working independently the majority of the time, also working with team to achieve daily count figures and reaching product packing goals.

· Ability to perform in fast paced environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be 21 + years old

· Ability to pass a criminal background check.

· Can lift to 50lbs, bend, stand, and stop for extended periods of time.
