Now Hiring: PM Cook
- Must be available to work on 2 WEEKENDS in a month
- Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming food products to ensure quality
- Execute all necessary tasks to assure a high degree of cleanliness, quality, and sanitation in food service areas
- Takes temperatures of food
- Make sure to keep the food fresh and rotated
- Labels items clearly for guests
- Record/verify temperature control checks (HACCP)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Previous experience in LTC/SNF preferred
- Experience with food preparation and nutrition
- Must be available to work on 2 WEEKENDS in a month
