The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) encompasses all duties relating to providing exemplary patient care services at Riverview Health. Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of confidentiality and productivity are required by the Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Job Functions:

• Administer physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols
• Report patient progress to the Physical Therapist
• May modify an intervention in accordance with patient status within the plan on care set by the Physical Therapist

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Associate of Physical Therapy Assistant
• Minimum Experience: Previous patient care experience
• Other Requirements: PTA license in the state of Indiana and CPR
