- Performing new patient evaluations to establish a Treatment Diagnosis.
- Establishing new patient treatment goals.
- Establishing evidence-based patient treatment plans.
- Providing treatment including therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, gait training, manual therapy, modalities and other treatment procedures.
- Performing re-assessments, and re-evaluations.
- Document care in electronic health records in a timely and accurate manner.
