Job description

This is a full-time position in our Colchester office for a new graduate, an individual returning to practice or new to outpatient private practice with an orthopedic focus.

Total first year salary is $90,000 consisting of $80,000 base pay and an additional $10,000 as a signing bonus. You will also participate in our profit-sharing plan.

This is a 40 hour per week position including 2 evenings until 6:30 PM.

We are open to schedules that include combinations of long and short days.

No weekends.

15 days (3 weeks) discretionary PTO per year.

6 major paid holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

See a diverse caseload averaging 50% self-referred for conservative care. The other 50% of our patients are referred for conservative or post-op care.

New graduates will start with 60-minute evaluations and 60-minute treatments and work with a mentor. Once ready you will have a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 60 minutes for treatment and evaluations.

We will work with you to design a mentoring and continuing education program to meet your interests. Our therapists are specialty trained or board certified in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, hand therapy, dry needling, concussion, vestibular, BPPV, lymphedema, pelvic health, and post-partum treatment.
