We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Interim Pharmacy Manager/Staff Pharmacist to join our Outpatient Pharmacy on a temporary basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in retail outpatient pharmacy while providing managerial support to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Retail outpatient pharmacy experience is essential
• Pharmacy management experience is a plus
• Active and valid California pharmacy license

Responsibilities:

• Assume temporary role as Pharmacy Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient pharmacy
• Conduct meetings and provide reports to senior management as required
• Provide oversight and guidance to the pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards
• Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance efficiency and patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient counseling when necessary
  

This is a temporary position for a duration of 1 to 2 months. The selected candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekend shifts.
