As a Clinical Home Infusion Pharmacist, you will review
charts and lab results for an assigned caseload of patients receiving specialized, complex infusion therapy and TPN care. You will communicate routinely with the patient and caregivers; answering questions, gathering information and discussing updates and course recommendations with the physician. You will utilize your excellent written and verbal customer service skills as well as advanced computer skills in order to interact with key caregivers and patients.

Our Tampa, FL branch is seeking a Home Infusion
Pharmacist available M-F between 930-530p and 11-7p with rotating shifts, and to participate in the on call wknd rotation. On-call requirements are approximately one week / two months.
This is a full time position = 40 hours / week.

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 37.50
Maximum: 80.75
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Hospital Residency
One year related experience in an IV alternate site
environment or equivalent is preferred.
Home infusion therapy or home infusion rotation
experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience in research or other areas of
pharmacy.
Have and maintain a current CPR certification if in direct
contact with patients. Willingness to learn the clinical and business needs of
Coram.
Education
B.S. or doctorate of pharmacy degree is required
