Rohrscheib Sons Caissons, Inc. is a small construction privetly owned business that does large projects. We have been around for over 60 years. We are a tight-knit comunity without the corporate feel. Most of our employees stay with us through to retirement.

We will provide training and education as needed. You will need to show up on time and motivated to complete your tasks for the day.

Job duties:

All aspects of Payroll collecting and inputting hours, printing checks, child support and garnishment payments, reimbursements

Maintain Employee files

AIRA contribution

FMCSA CDL Driver Query

Track CDL medical card expiration dates

Maintain documentation and CDL files for MDOT on CDL drivers

Enroll new hires in BCBS Medical Insurance

Enroll new hires in H.S.A

Make contributions to employee H.S.A

Monitor employee safety modules and drug test to ensure employees are current – as needed

NMA quarterly reporting – as needed for any project with the Big 3

NMA Site Extension Filing – as needed for any project with the Big 3

OCIP & CCIP calculations for bids – as needed for any OCIP or CCIP project

OCIP & CCIP enrollment documents – as needed for any OCIP or CCIP project

OCIP & CCIP reporting quarterly - as needed for any OCIP or CCIP project

OSHA / MIOSHA required postings – as needed

OSHA 300 forms completed – as needed

Payroll Taxes and Union Contributions - Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly

Update Union benefits in Foundation - Yearly

LCPTracker payroll reporting

Year-end W-2’s and W-3’s

Assist Accountants with year-end audit pertaining to payroll and payroll tax items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
