Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll and Expense Report Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our payroll processes and creating detailed expense reports. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

This would be a full time, primarily in person role. We have a large, luxury office off of Green Valley and the 215.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processes including entering employee data, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Create detailed expense reports for all company expenses including travel, supplies, and equipment purchases
• Review and reconcile all financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with employees regarding payroll and expense report inquiries
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
• Speak to members of our sales team during the pay validation process to ensure they confirm and understand their pay before sending it out
• Ensure payroll is sent out on time 2x per month for entire company
• Create expense reports of each department on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Find opportunities to optimize expenses

Hours and Pay

$20-$25/hour with OTE of $70k-$90k/year

Full Time In-Person

Monday-Friday beginning at 9am PST
