Salary Range/FLSA – Non Exempt, Hourly $20-23/hour with bonus potential

Position Summary:
Cascadia Smiles is looking for an experienced Patient Scheduler to join the team in Burien, WA! The Patient Scheduler plays a critical role in the practice as the first point of contact for consultation leads.
Responsibilities:
- Call new and existing implant candidates, answering questions about treatment and general pricing, schedules consultation.
- Communicate with leadership and administrative staff on best practices to improve show rates while ensuring an accurate lead spreadsheet.
- Ensures 80 to 100 calls are made daily with positive and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales and/or scheduling experience
