Patient Facilitator Job Description
1. Customer service- ability to have difficult conversations with patients showing empathy and compassion. Greeting patients/ checking patients out. Completing patients requests for information/help. Reaching out to patients. Always making an effort to get to know our patients.
2. Multitasking- having the ability to be able to juggle multiple things at once without getting frustrated and or showing frustration. The ability to be interrupted while in the middle of completing a task.
3. Supporting working in a team environment
4. Etiquette of Telephone Skills - Appropriately greet/end conversation the person on the phone.
5. Effective Oral Communication skills- can appropriately communicate with our patients and team members in a professional manner.
6. Adaptable to Change
7. Computer skills
8. Time management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
