Mobile Med Spa seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for San Diego County.

Locations: Hillcrest 2 days a week and every other saturday.
Escondido 1 day a week.

Job Requirements:

• Due to the fact that this is a MOBILE Med Spa, the applicant must be willing to be flexible regarding hours and location of the work.
• Work every other weekend (All Holidays off)
• Drive to all San Diego County Locations
• Knowledge of Medspa industry
• Receptionist experience (Medspa preferred)
• Sales experience
• Leader
• Independently able to work at home when at home work is available.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Highly proficient in excel and other programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Compulsive about being punctual and reliable
• Professionalism in dress and presentation.
• Ability, willingness and eager to learn
• Ability to work well in teams

Responsibilities:

• Attend all location events for San Diego County (working two weekends a month)
• Manage patient flow.
• Check patients in/out.
• Fill in raw data into excel
• Answer all patient questions regarding Xeomin and Versa
• Schedule or reschedule appointments and effectively communicate specifics regarding cosmetic procedures & treatments.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and present positivity with impeccable phone manners and warmth during all patient interactions.
• Take testimonials and get reviews from patients
• Be organized and timely
• Perform all other office tasks
• Cover for events for other locations when needed (Mileage paid for outside your county)

Pay Structure, Benefits:

• Salary: $18 to $19/hour
