PURPOSE:
To gain a better understanding of the loan origination process within the Credit Union.
DIMENSIONS:
To assist with daily tasks of the Post Closing Services department while also learning Post Closing processes.
DUTIES:
Develop understanding of Credit Union Post Closing policies and procedures
Process incoming mail for originated and non-originated loan files and prepare for Imaging
Complete additional duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be professional, friendly and courteous at all times and in all interactions with branch personnel, co-workers, and third parties.
Must have accurate typing skills and the ability to concentrate on required duties.
Must possess an independent work ethic as well as excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a “team” player and exemplify a helpful attitude to provide assistance to others as needed.
Must be able to cooperate and collaborate with co-workers.
Must adhere to the work schedule and attendance policy set by management.
Must be able to comprehend telephone calls.
Must be able to speak English fluently.
