HOPE Management is seeking a seasonal Part-Time Landscape technician for apartment community in Soda Springs, ID. If interested in the position, please email your resume in response to this job posting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain Property grounds and landscaping
- Mow and trim grass, remove clippings, leave and debris from grounds
- Prune trees and shrubs
- Weed and fertilize
- Seed or sod lawn as needed
- Apply pesticides and herbicides
- Fall & Spring clean up
- Snow Removal/Shoveling
- Use of grounds equipment
