Start your career as a FedEx Delivery Driver with Northwest Express, a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx.

Starting Pay: $22 per hour based on driving experience and qualifications.

Part-Time Weekend Hours (Friday- Sunday or Saturday - Monday)

After training, drivers who are qualified to drive trucks over 10k pounds will be moved to a per stop pay structure. This pay structure guarantees a minimum of $22/hr or $1.20 per stop, whichever is greater!

Qualified Driving Experience: 6 months+ of driving with FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, or other delivery positions in the last 3 years. OR 1+ year driving experience with a Class C or higher license.

About the Position:

• Delivery routes are located in the Northwest Chicago suburbs.
• Drivers average between 175 - 200 stops per day..
• Paid Training
• Start time is 8:00 am.
• Average shifts are 10 hours long.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Minimum of 6 months of driving within the last 3 years, in a vehicle not your own.
• Able to pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify.
• Able to pass a road test in a delivery truck.
• Be comfortable using electronic handheld devices.
• Have a clean driving record.
