We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments

Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

Utilize CRM tracking system daily
