Job description

The Parking Lot Attendants will assist with directing guests to the closest parking lots available to their desired location in a safe and efficient manner. Attendants will also give guests accurate information about the park in a friendly enthusiastic manner. Additional duties may be assigned. Management retains the discretion to change or add to the duties of this position at any time.

  • Assist in the daily preparation of the parking lot including setting up safety cones and traffic barricades.
  • Stand in designated locations within parking lots answering questions on available parking locations, and general park knowledge
  • Opening and closing lots as needed when parking lots reach capacity or when spaces become available
  • Patrol parking areas to determine available parking capacity, and assist with parking guests’ vehicles safely in designated areas.
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must possess and maintain a driver's license
  • Must read, write, and speak the English language
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks at once
  • Must be able to work alone or with little supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required

    While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand for long periods of time and walk. The employee is frequently required to talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move carry, push, or pull up to 70 lbs. Specific vision requirements for this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to focus and night vision. Must be able to take directional cues directly or indirectly.
