JOB SUMMARY
Urban Air Park Leads are the best at what they do! As a Park Lead, you'll watch over our fun and friendly staff in a quick and safe environment. This is a practical, hands-on role, with work hours spent directing and working alongside the Court Monitoring Team. Our ideal Park Lead has some leadership experience and is fun to work with! That's why we're looking for a Park Lead like you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the proper execution of all processes, systems, and standards
- Aid team members in their daily duties
- Set a high standard and good example for our Court Monitors regarding punctuality, attendance, and attitude
- Maintain well-organized and clean standards for the team
QUALIFICATIONS
- One (1) year of leadership experience preferred but not required
- A positive attitude and fun personality!
