New York Cancer & Blood Specialists seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Fellowship Trained Palliative Care Physician to join our extensive, well-established multi-specialty physician group practices in Queens, New Hyde Park, and Brooklyn, NY.

The practice offers Hematology/Medical Oncology, Breast Surgical Oncology, Family Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Palliative Care, OBGYN, Pain Management, Urology, and Clinical Trail & Research Programs.

About the Role

Principle responsibilities for this position include providing palliative medicine consultation to clinically diverse populations in inpatient and outpatient settings. Assist in program development to further integrate palliative care throughout the organization. Additional responsibilities are teaching in UME, GME, and CME programs, including supporting the development and implementation of a Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship program. This position is an excellent opportunity for a new or experienced physician to join our team of professionals, to help to ensure that patients with critical illness and their families live as well and as fully as possible.
