160over90 is seeking a Paid Social Media Strategist to join the Media team. The strategist will assist with paid social strategy and the execution of client campaigns across platforms. They will be responsible for managing paid campaigns and social budgets, present client-facing analysis reporting, and will be a resource for all things paid social to the team. This position will report to the Paid Social Supervisor and work in collaboration with our other Paid Social Media Strategist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and drive strategy for our paid social media accounts across platforms, leveraging your expertise across paid channels
  • Oversee day to day campaign management and budgets of paid social campaigns
  • Work with the other Paid Social Media Strategist to optimize and manage campaigns
  • Meet with clients to discuss paid social strategy and relay actionable data driven insights
  • Support new media opportunities through the RFP process
  • Work alongside other members of the Media team to create strategic cross channel strategies
  • Collaborate internally other department teams to grow cross department plans
  • Push the paid social practice forward within the agency
  • Be a thought leader on paid social, providing internal and external POVs and insight into the evolving social landscape
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok)
  • Experience managing the day-to-day of several paid social accounts and budgets across platforms
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background (Google Analytics required)
  • Ability to educate clients on paid social and discuss how social relates to their business goals
  • Collaborative, results-oriented, problem-solver who can both provide and take direction well
  • Capable of managing and working on multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Ability to stay up to date on paid social trends, capabilities and news
  • Takes a profound interest in the world – culture, music, film, sport, art, entertainment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, with particularly strong excel skills
  • Exceptional oral, written, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in managing other paid media channels a plus
  • Agency experience a plus
