Job description

Entry level position seeking people ready to grow with an established Steel Processor in a fast paced environment. This position is entry level packaging and the right applicant would grow and advance to other positions as they become available. Position is packaging which is banding steel coils, paper wrapping and/or banding steel coils to a skid. Interested individuals should be able to work in a team setting in safe and effective manner, be able to lift 50 lbs., have a good attendance history, and be able to read a tape measure. Shifts are 10 hour shifts 4 Days a week (Monday-Thursday) overtime is Friday when needed. 2nd shift receives $1.00 hour shift differential their shift is 3:00pm-1:00am. After the 90 day probationary period employee would be eligible for uniforms, boot allowance, monthly attendance bonus ($100), a quarterly production bonus, a yearly profit sharing bonus, personal days, and vacation time.
