• Provide high-quality leadership and supervision to overnight resident advisors in all program settings and foster a culturally sensitive, youth-centered environment.
• Examine/oversee overnight shift protocols/practices and modify them as appropriate.
• Promote youth and team well-being by creating physically, emotionally, and mentally safe spaces and proactively addressing negativity by integrating designated modalities from a trauma-informed, positive youth development perspective.
• To be the point person to address and report any crisis or critical incident as defined by agency and/or county, state, or federal regulations according to the agency's formalized practice and protocols.
• Attend both external and internal agency training and workshops; complete and pass all required training hours and annual training as set forth in the funder and licensing regulations.

• A Bachelor's degree in human services OR an equivalent combination of experience (in the field) with higher education is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with adolescents is preferred.
• Possess sound judgment and knowledge of adolescent development and behavior.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license including vehicle insurance and inspection on any vehicle used for daily work and transportation of clients.
• Proficient in computer knowledge & skills (i.e. Microsoft Windows software); familiarity with the operations of external databases and Google Suite is desired.
• Display organizational skills and be highly adept at managing multiple tasks and assignments.
• Successful team members are creative thinkers, are flexible in their approaches to people and projects, and are capable of working with diverse groups of the population.
