OUTSIDE TEAM MEMBER

Reports to: OUTSIDE TEAM MEMEBER

POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary duties are performed outside and will include dock and lift assembly, boat cleaning and prep. New unit detailing for sales department.

Support and backup of various other departments within the company will also be required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Become familiar with outside responsibilities, seasonal changes and the priorities of service and sales.
• Follow procedures and processing to give the customer a great experience.
• Perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Pick-up/delivery of equipment as needed.
• Work with inside departments to achieve common goals.
• Support for all departments as needed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with cleaning duties, stocking, parts assistance, sales prep and special projects.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use the computer.
• Ability to work in a team-environment while taking on multiple tasks at any given time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
