OT Security Architect

Duration: 6+ Mon

Location: Remote

1. One OT/ICS security engineer specializing in ICS alert analysis - must have experience with Claroty.

2. Experience working with a hybrid IT/OT SOC environment

3. This individual would supplement the team, liaising with other stakeholders responsible for alert management and remediation.

4. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and mentoring skills conducive to growing the AbbVie skillset in ICS alert management.

5. Support the operational management of the OT program in delivering and deploying OT Cyber Security controls

6. Interact with the Business Units and on program delivery initiatives and work with the Tech teams globally

7. Provide leadership to build effective and collaborative project teams in a matrix environment

8. Provide leadership to build an agile operational organization to deliver and operate OT controls in BAU

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in end to end Program management, preferably in the cyber security space

• Experience in Operational Technology and Cyber Security

• Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in agile concepts and practices

• Knowledge of security engineering best practices (e.g. SecDevOps)

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to promote thoughtful, practical solutions to tough security problems

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to native and non-native English audiences

Remote conditions

Must work within the US, but flexible to take conference calls with team mates in the UK and Europe
