Role + Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact to internal customers (E+H sales organizations)
• Review orders in SAP for status update to customers
• Issue delivery delays to the customer
• Acts as customer advocate within the Flow organization (Voice of the Customer)
• Actively take part in continuous improvement projects and help generate ideas
• Process incoming customer orders

Qualification + Profile

• Excellent customer service skills illustrating desire to be an advocate for customers in problem-solving within order planning activities or tasks
• Demonstrated computer skills, with desired experience in O365 applications, SalesForce.com and SAP or similar ERP system
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact and communicate appropriately in an international environment
• Works in an organized manner and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
• Detail-oriented/attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as manufacturing orders and operational instructions
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Some knowledge of Excel
