Operations Support (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Master of project success: Organize the assignment of new projects to project leaders in cooperation with Senior PM's / VP's.
- Taking responsibility: Be a reliable contact person internally in regards to the technical setup of service engagements within the PSA tool.
- On the right track: Monitor the Service Order-in and evaluate criteria of engagements to calculate a priotization.
- Making an impact: Lead initatives to ensure data integrity within the PSA tool.
- Reporting and planning: Preparation of the monthly management reporting and evaluation of the financial backlog of service engagements - as well as adhoc support to delivering data reports.
- Ensure alignment: Assist project managers to working according to the Global Project Governance and identify room for improvement.
- Project Management: As part of the Consulting Department you will be working on several projects. As the link-in-pin between different internal and external stakeholders, you keep track on the deadlines.
Your profile:
- Organizational skills: Prioritization, coordination and collaboration is a daily business for you? Then you are welcome!
- Detail oriented: High level of initiative and project management skills as well as profound analytical skills.
- Eager to Learn: You are a self-motivated person who is willing to learn new techniques and best practices in order to keep Serrala operating ahead of the competition.
- Strong communicator: You have confident communication skills across all levels of the organization & good language skills in English and reading skills in German.
