Pay rate: $25-27/hr depending on experience

Reports To: Facility Manager or Regional Manager

Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the Operations Team Members and ensuring that all functions are carried out in a safe manner. Other responsibilities include assisting with other operational duties, troubleshooting machine basic performance, adjustments and additional resources as required.

What you’ll do

  • Guide the team to follow policies, procedures and service systems to meet the goals of the department
  • Manage timelines for various projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Perform various duties including, but not limited to, loading and unloading crematoriums, processing cremains and quality control, paw prints, processing, shop maintenance, back up customer service rep/ driver, client care and communicating status to clinics.
  • Assist in developing or transitioning clinic relationships.
  • Assisting and supporting FM in their duties

Your work environment will include

  • Frequent bending and lifting (65lb minimum weight)
  • Using provided apps and GPS software to complete your route
  • Certain PPE is required for different tasks, but we’ll provide that for you
  • 40 hours a week, guaranteed
  • Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times
  • Working in varying temperatures – you may be exposed to the elements when leaving your vehicle/entering a building and temperatures will vary when entering cold storage and our care facility
