Job Summary:

We have an excellent remote opportunity for a finance professional to join our RMD Business Operations Finance team (OSQ) within the Naval Power portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for all Finance deliverables including: external earned value management, quarterly Estimates at Compete (EACs), Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), weekly / monthly reporting and analysis. This role will also include collaboration with Operations, Value Streams, and Program leaders for EAC inputs, monthly variance reporting to the Operations Leadership Team, and weekly inquiries into cost and labor runs.

This position is being offered in remote capacity and is based on the needs of the business. This position will be expected to support Teams/Programs in the Eastern U.S. time zone.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Perform detailed weekly financial analysis to Schedule, Budget, and EAC positions.
• Perform monthly updates to Operations Earned Value metrics including customer reportable Earned Value deliverables
• Responsible for quarterly EACs for Operations including but not limited to EAC inputs from Value Stream Finance, EAC updates in APEX, EAC presentation, EAC variance analysis and EAC R&O analysis
• Responsible for weekly and monthly oversite of Operations labor and cash forecasts monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances to plan and forecasts.
• Top candidates will provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years Finance/Accounting experience OR an advanced degree and 3 years experience
• Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance
• Experience in program cost schedule and control environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications We Value:

• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or equivalent Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
• Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures

• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills required
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience presenting to leadership and peers

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
