Job description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to assist the Location Manager of our Charleston Airport location with the tasks and responsibilities required for the successful operation of the location. In this role, you will assist with customer service, fleet management, new hire training and support, employee management, and the meeting of sales goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in providing excellent service to all customers
• Facilitate the timely and correct training of employees
• Assist in the achievement of team sales goals
• Monitor fleet utilization and follow up on out of service vehicles to ensure vehicles are returned to rentable status as swiftly as possible
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and achieve organizational goals
• Partner with employees and customers to solve problems
• Interview candidates for open positions
• Fill in for the Location Manager as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
