The Operations manager is responsible for the fluid operation of the nursery. This position reports to the CEO and has 4-6 direct reports.

This person must:

• possess strong technology skills
• possess Excel and Office skills
• be capable of complex scheduling far into the future
• handle inventory of plants and supplies
• give direction professionally
• understand and be able to predict propagation / production quantities
• make good decisions, learn quickly, be organized
• be strong at system implementation
• be professional and responsible
• be rational, logical, and capable of taking direction
• have strong METRC cultivation references
• understand commercial production atmospheres
• have reliable transportation

This person will have strong opportunities for growth with a proven leader in the tissue culture, genetics, and clone space. The right candidate will excel at solving complex and challenging problems. Opportunities for equity for the right candidate. 60 day probationary trial period.

Strong references in commercial cannabis are necessary. A minimum of 2 years in a management position in METRC commercial cannabis is necessary. A resume is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
