Advantage Solutions is in need of an Operations Manager responsible for the recruitment, hiring and store operations. This position requires strong communication between managers, vendors and in-store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train associates to prepare them for excellent customer service and a good ROI for our vendors.
• Communicate between multiple manager, vendors and demonstrators.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
