We are HealthStar Home Health, and Good, is what we do! Now hiring an Operations Manager 2 focused on the oversight and management of clinical operations/services. This position will oversee and manage our Duluth branch.

Position duties include

  • Provide oversight of all activities and operations for our Duluth office
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of Hospice services
  • Seek out strategic partnerships and opportunities for market growth
  • Ensure regulatory and employment law compliance in collaboration with Corporate leadership
  • Achieve revenue benchmarks and maintain budgets
  • Ensure initial and annual training is completed
  • Oversee the referral and intake process
  • Respond to client complaints and incidents
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and employee information
  • Ensure staff receive necessary training and education
  • Participate in assigned committees
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of administrative and field staff
  • Provide performance feedback to staff on a regular basis, and address any performance concerns in a timely manner
  • Keep staff informed of any organizational changes, performance and general information

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will have 3+ years of management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal and customer service skills. Healthcare and/or home care experience preferred. Hospice experience preferred.
