Operations Coordinator – CREWTEK
CREWTEK is a new nonprofit, 501(c)3, that is designed to provide people with entry-level training and a clear path to a meaningful career while contributing to shrinking the skilled labor gap. CREWTEK collaborates operationally with Industrial Training International (ITI) to achieve its mission.
Key Results & Responsibilities
- Support the Campus Director on execution of school priorities.
- Support students as needed to have a high-quality learning experience.
- Support the campus in achieving a Student NPS of 80%+.
- Ability to implement new programs to enhance the student experience.
- Support the successful execution of daily training activities.
- Administer inventory and replenishing of inventory.
- Administer student IT equipment, classroom and training center equipment.
- Coordinate events for recruiting, employer visits, graduation and more.
- Support campus trainers as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in office administration or a very high aptitude for office administration.
- 5+ years’ of experience in growth companies, startups, or unstructured environments in which new systems, processes, and results need to be achieved.
- Prefer candidates with experience in a learning and development environment such as school administration, teaching, curriculum development and/or corporate L&D.
- High IT Proficiency – Very experienced in MS Office applications and high aptitude to learn a new CRM, LMS, SIS.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), organization, energy, and tenacity.
- Office location based in Deer Park, Texas (less than 10% annual travel).
Compensation
Hourly pay rate is $22-$27 depending on experience, credentials, and education. In addition to pay, this position is eligible for benefits including healthcare, 401(k) (up to 10% company-match), PTO.
