Citibank N.A. seeks a Operational Risk Group Manager for its O’Fallon, MO location.
Duties: Oversee development of near-, medium-, and long-term resource and funding plans for data management initiatives for large/complex country, region, or business units; stand up procedures to assess, track, and address emerging data risks; and development and implementation of actions plans to address regulatory requirements and commitments under Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs), Issues/Corrective Action Plans, Information Technology vulnerability assessments, and Business process and procedure re-engineering initiatives. Lead data governance and demand management efforts. Oversee identification of Critical Data Elements (CDE), Data Quality (implementation and monitoring), Issue Management Resolution (IMRs). Manage identification, governance, and automation of End User Computing tools (EUC). Ensure processes and controls are in full alignment with regulatory requirements tied to data governance. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.
Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field, and eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have 8 years of experience in all of the following: Planning automated information systems while aligning information technology with business strategy; Maintaining oversight routines around data and information systems management; Identifying track-to-closure risks related to data management and defining and implementing standard, guides, and procedure towards mitigating and eliminating data management risks; Managing projects and programs in accordance with traditional Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC); Developing solutions using Agile and Scrum project and program implementation practices; Identifying risk prone EUC (end-user computing) tools to establish controls and monitoring around EUCs for reducing data misrepresentation; Re-designing process workflows to streamline data flow between information systems to enable straight-through data processing and eliminate/ reduce data risks; Developing financial reports with KPIs (key performance indicators). In the alternative, Employer will accept a Master’s degree and six (6) years of experience. Pre or post Master’s degree experience is acceptable. Any combination of education, experience or training is acceptable. 40 hrs./wk.
