Office Manager

Supervision

1. Supervise departments: a. Leasing b. Owner Relations c. Maintenance d. Billing & Rent Posting

Acccounting Functions
1. Bills-review the bills posted by the accounting department & cut checks for vendors.
2. Review and/or Process owner checks twice a month.
3. Review the Owner statements prepared by the accounting department & post to the owner portals.
4. Review security deposit accounting on tenants within 30 days of move-out.
5. Review & forward to collections tenant accounts in arrears.

Leasing Functions

1. Oversee that properties are posted correctly on Tenant Turner & MLS
2. Photograph property listings when needed to assist Leasing Department
3. Review advertising for properties (Craigslist, Facebook)
4. Oversee auditing of codeboxes
5. Supervise approval of applications, adverse action notices, etc.
6. Oversee all Leasing paperwork & set-up in Rent Manager System

Owner Relations

1. Bring on New Owner Business: phones & property visits.
2. Set up and/or review Owner Management paperwork
3. Verify Information correct in Rent Manager system
7. Supervise move in & out activities: a. Set up utilities, mowing, cleaning & pest control as needed for new and/or returning properties.

8. Audit property insurance, vendor insurances & workman’s comp waivers.

Sales
1. Perform sales duties as needed for Owner Listings/Investor purchases

Miscellaneous Tasks

1. Answer phone calls
2. Errands as needed
3. Any other reasonable duties as requested

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Benefits:

Experience:

  • Real Estate Sales: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)
  • English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Texas Real Estate License (Required)
