Job description
We are an established Pittsburgh property management company looking for a dependable self-starter to join our team in full-time hourly position at the front desk of our Mt. Lebanon office.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Face-to-face client interactions,
- Responding to emails and telephone calls,
- Document creation, scanning and filing,
- Processing payments in-person and over the telephone,
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies,
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail,
- Assisting the accounting and management departments daily.
Key qualifications:
- Familiarity using a multi-line telephone system,
- Experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook,
- Organized and detail oriented,
- Strong problem solving skills,
- Ability to remain positive and professional under pressure,
- Property management, HOA, and leasing knowledge a plus.
- Minimum high school degree or equivalent required.
Some evenings may occasionally be required to attend client meetings.
As needed, some local travel will required to transfer interoffice mail and other business related errands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
