ClearStone Properties seeks to welcome a friendly and proactive Off-Site Property Manager to our team. The Off-Site Property Manager is responsible for providing property owner clients and tenants as well as potential clients and tenants with top-tier customer service. This role requires a CA Real Estate Agent License or soon to have it, and the ideal candidate will have the added benefit of flexibility to manage his or her real estate sales portfolio simultaneously. Fluent Spanish is a requirement of this role.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands-on management of property portfolio
- Management of Tenant Applications and Lease Agreements
- Collaboratively work with Admin to upload and proofread advertisements for available rental properties
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of available rental properties
- Show available rental properties to prospective tenants
- Offsite meetings with city inspectors and vendors
- Proactive and prompt communication with current clients
- Schedule repairs and maintenance for managed properties
- Services of 3 Day Notices
- Authorize payments of client invoices
- Monitor and executing rental increases
- Provide feedback and participate in continuous improvement of procedures and processes
- Other related duties as assigned

- Ability to act and operate independently and properly time manage with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe applications
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with both internal team and customers as well as external customers
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution skills
- Good active listener and ability to react to situations with empathy
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Flexibility in schedule for occasional weekend calls or occurrences
- Previous AppFolio experience is not required, but preferred
- Strong work ethic and interested in future opportunity for growth
QUALIFICATIONS
- CA Licensed Real Estate Agent with requirement to transfer license to ClearStone Properties
- CA Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Computer proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office & Adobe
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Basic building maintenance knowledge (preferred)
- Basic accounting knowledge (preferred)
- Local area knowledge (preferred)
- Property Management experience (preferred)
