Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Description/Requirements:

• Assesses the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develops an appropriate treatment plan for each patient; updates and modifies treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
• Ability to recognize when patient protocols or treatment plans need modification to meet appropriate patient needs and report to the physician.
• Provides advice and education to patients and family
• You will make your own schedule and complete scheduled visits.
• This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $80-$100 per visit.
• We are hiring in multiple locations across southern California for PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA: such as Los Angeles, Van Nuys, Simi Valley, Northridge, Thousand Oaks, Santa Monica, Culver city, Inglewood, Southgate, East LA, DownTown LA, South LA, Glendale, Eagle rock, Pasadena, Alhambra, Arcadia, Burbank, Diamond Bar, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, West Covina.

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted CA Occupational Therapy license; or ability to apply
• Excellent communication skills
