1Care is looking for a fun and energetic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for Home Health Care Visits. 1Care is a locally owned company that serves both adult and pediatric patients in the home setting with various developmental delays and neurodevelopmental disorders, including patients on Ventilators, Trachs and Gtubs, and on palliative care services., cancer etc.

Current Opening: Per Diem and visit rates

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction.
• Administer and interpret occupational therapy assessment and evaluation tools.
• Monitor the individual’s response to interventions and modify treatment plan and reevaluate as necessary.
• Communicate and/or collaborate with the patients, family members, caregivers, interdisciplinary professionals or other individuals verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Masters (Required)
• NV Occupational Therapy License (Required)
• Pediatric: 1 year (Preferred) but willing to training
• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Las Vegas, NV 89120: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
