Job Description Summary

As the Nutanix Administrator you will be responsible for the AOS code install, upgrades and patch installations. You will create virtual servers systems, design specifications and parameters that are in compliance with application developer requests. You will be responsible for resolving system issues and respond to suggestions for improvement and enhancement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise for Nutanix installations, upgrades, and patch installations.
• Manage and monitor deployment on NSXi
• Manage, install, and configure Nutanix hardware

• 6+ years’ experience in designing, implementations, troubleshooting, managing and monitoring Hyper converged and virtual machine solutions with 2 years experience specifically with Nutanix
• Hands on experience on NSXi deployment, management and monitoring
• Experience on Nutanix appliance hardware and including installation, configuration, and management of Nutanix hardware
• Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of change management and configuration control standards
• Experience with topology and standard operating procedure documentation
