Shift Information: Days, Full Time

Minimum Years of Experience: 5

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
• Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) required upon hire. Applicable graduate degree (Master’s or higher) required within three (3) years of hire.
• Board certification in Nursing Professional Development required within three (3) years of hire.
• Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• If appropriate, ACLS, PALS, and/or other applicable life support certifications required within six (6) months of hire.
• Five (5) years of direct care nursing experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, required.
• Two (2) years of education experience, including assessing, planning, implementing, facilitating, coordinating, and evaluating learning activities, programs, and projects, required.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Critical care (ICU, CICU, PCU, PICU) experience preferred.
