$1,600 Sign on bonus (Full-time employees)

+ $6/hr (Eve NOC WEEKEND Shift differential)

Shift available: Day, NOC and Weekends

Full time and Part time

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Sapphire you will assist residents with daily living activities while supporting each individual in reaching their healthcare goals. Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) engaged and maintain top quality skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
• Chart all appropriate documentation
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
• Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
• Adheres to the policies and procedures of the facility
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proof of CNA program completion certificate

OR:

• Proof of CNA program enrollment

OR

• Active CNA License
