• District Manager of 5 units with overall responsibility for people and processes
• Provide leadership for managers to reach metrics.
• Drive excellence in day-to-day operations
• Aggressively develop Management and team staffing levels in each restaurant
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting, partnering with Restaurant Manager to build metrics.
• Absolutely uncompromising execution of the highest standards of company food safety, health and safety codes and company security policies
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts throughout the market
• Responsible for meeting District sales, transactions, guest service goals

Pay Range for this position will be determined based on experience.

Previous QSR Experience is a plus but not required. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience of Multi-Unit Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
