What you will do

Assists the VP Finance Field Operations and the Business Management Team in driving business results. Responsible for the planning and control of financial activities consistent with long-term business objectives. Provides mentorship and support to operational and functional teams on a myriad of business/financial issues, while maintaining the highest level of financial integrity. Work across the North America business team on targeted growth in Services and Digital initiatives to ensure strategy and growth objectives are achieved. Cross BSNA interaction with Product Domain, Regional business, and Enterprise teams.

How you will do it

  • Work on cross business initiatives connecting key business strategies, driving success across a large matrixed organization.
  • Proactively work with the Region and Product Domain teams to improve financial results consistent with operating plan commitments and objectives.
  • Support Vice President Finance - Field Operations to progress key critical initiatives and use financial analysis to support business progress. Direct working relationship with COO encouraged.
  • Review key daily/monthly financial results and business metrics for the Field and identify future opportunities for improvement and barriers to achieving financial objectives.
  • Analysis of monthly regional reporting packages and preparation of presentations
  • Support long term strategy planning through financial analysis to enable outlooking future quarters and years.
  • Partner with peer Finance Managers, Domain Finance, Field FP&A teams to ensure financial reporting consistency across BSNA
  • Coordinate deliverables from the India Business Center and Field FP&A resources to ensure the business is supported
  • Support DOA and SOX compliance as required

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience in all aspects of business control.
  • Ability to support and control financial results in a multi-location field operation.
  • Experience working across a matrix organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to lead cross functionally to achieve strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas (preferred experience with Oracle).
  • Individual PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
  • If hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date

Preferred

  • MBA and CMA/CPA preferred.
