Job description
We are in search for a friendly and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee all functions and activities of our Seasons Express Store located in Lawrence, NY.
A successful Night Shift Supervisor should be able to perform various duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Ring up all sales on cash register, or point-of-sale equipment properly and accurately.
- Ensure products are stocked, faced, and cleaned. Ensure product availability, quality and freshness by proper rotation, stocking and replenishing of products on shelves.
- Communicate and work Cooperatively with General Manager, other Department managers and Team Members to maintain company standards and exceed company expectations.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and properly serviced as well as notifying the appropriate parties when equipment is in need of repair or replacement.
- Must be able to delegate tasks, resolve problems, and make sure that everything goes smoothly
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service.
- Must be able to take initiative and demonstrate great leadership qualities.
Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday: 5 PM to 1 AM
- Saturday Availability
