The Shelter Harbor Inn is actively searching for an efficient, detailed, and self-motivated Night Housekeeper/Houseperson.

Part Time opportunities are available, weekend shifts a must. Expected regular shifts begin 3-4pm and end 10-11pm.

The Shelter Harbor Inn, managed by Hay Creek Hotels, is a New England retreat in the Shelter Harbor community of Westerly, RI. Built in 1800, and completely revamped in 2019, The Shelter Harbor Inn is your home away from home. Situated on over three acres of greenery, the 23-room inn features upscale amenities including an on-site restaurant with multiple dining options serving fresh New American cuisine, a spa, and various seasonal activities.

Job Summary:

Execute various cleaning objectives including vacuuming public areas, around and under furniture and objects, and stairways, lift and transport laundry bags, bed linens and towels.

Clean public bathrooms

Equipment maintenance (changing vacuum bags/filters, empty carpet shampoo machine), garbage removal.

Restock supply closets

Project a smile and cheerful demeanor and be ready to assist guests with their questions/concerns.

Required Experience:

· 1 year cleaning experience

· Neat and professional appearance

· Positive, team player attitude

· Self-motivated individual

· May be subject to successful completion of background and/or DMV check.
