Title: New Patient Coordinator
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Clinic
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Mon-Thurs; 8A-5P, Friday 7:30A-1P
Pay: Based on experience
The New Patient Coordinator duties to include but not limited to:
- Intake of all in state new patient calls from patients or general surgeon coordinators
- Schedule all new in state reconstructive patients, including collecting accurate and complete patient demographics and insurance information
- Request all operative, pathology and office notes prior to forwarding to medical records for follow up
- Review physician schedules regularly to confirm their patient load falls within their respective templates and make adjustments as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of medical office experience
- Covid vaccine and booster REQUIRED
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
